Using Search and Ask Gabii

Govenda includes powerful search tools and an AI-powered assistant called Ask Gabii to help you find information quickly.

How to search

1. Click the search bar at the top of Govenda.
2. Enter at least 3 characters to begin your search.
3. Results will include matches from meetings, documents, agenda items, announcements, and more.
4. Use the filters (date range, content type) to narrow your results.

"No matches found. Please try a different search."

• Try different keywords or a shorter search term.
• Check your spelling.
• Broaden your date range filter if one is applied.

"3 characters are required to search"

You need to enter at least 3 characters before the search will run. Type a longer query.

What is Ask Gabii?

Ask Gabii is an AI-powered assistant that can answer questions about your documents and meeting materials. Look for the Ask Gabii option when viewing a document in the PDF viewer, looking at search results, or browsing document folders.

"An answer cannot be provided for your question"

Gabii may not be able to answer if the document doesn't contain relevant information, the document was recently uploaded and is still being indexed, or your question is too broad. Try rephrasing or waiting a few minutes.

"I am sorry, but it looks like I cannot answer your question about this folder just yet"

The files in this folder are still being indexed and processed for AI search. Try again later.
