Immediate Notifications:
The following are notifications that are sent out immediately once they are created in admin.govenda.com:
- RSVP for a Published Meeting: As soon as a meeting is published, an RSVP email is sent to all groups invited. To prevent this notification from being sent, uncheck the ‘Send RSVP Notification’ check box found on the meeting details page under the 'Who Should Attend’ drop down section.
- Proposed Meeting Dates: As soon as proposed meeting dates are created and saved, an Input Email soliciting feedback is sent to all groups invited.
- New eSignature: As soon as an eSignature is published, an email is sent to all signers with a link to Review and Sign the document.
- New Survey: As soon as a Survey is published, an email is sent to all participants with a link to complete the Survey.
- Meeting Reminders: According to settings selected on the meeting.
- Survey Reminders: According to the settings set under 'Survey Settings' and the Survey completion date.
- Messages and Discussions: Determined by your organization settings under 'Member App Settings'.
Daily Digest:
The following notifications are sent out via email in our Daily Digest every morning for actions performed the previous day in admin.govenda.com. These notifications can also be sent out On-Demand by Admins or Deleted by Admins. Deleting notifications will eliminate an email from being sent. On-Demand and Deleting of these notifications can be done under the notifications section of admin.govenda.com (located in the top navigation bar).
- Publishing a Meeting
- Updates to a published Meeting
- Creating a Proposed Meeting
- Editing a Proposed Meeting (changing times, dates, location, etc.)
- Publishing a Board Book
- Documents added, updated or replaced in a published Board Book
- Financial Statement added or edited
- Meeting Minutes added, updated or replaced
- Publishing a Vote
- Editing a published Vote
- Publishing a News & Announcement
- Editing a published News & Announcement
- Publishing an eSignature
- Publishing a Survey
