When the time arrives to renew your Govenda subscription, the Super User on your account will be sent 2 separate emails:
- The first email will arrive 60 days prior to renewal. The purpose of this email is to alert you that your renewal date is approaching in the event you want to upgrade or change your subscription level or update the contact information on the account.
- A second email will arrive 30 day prior to renewal. This email will contain a copy of your renewal invoice.
When making a payment on your renewal, please note that credit cards are not accepted. You can send payment in two ways, either by check or wire transfer. These payment details will appear on the copy of the invoice you receive.
