Admins can email users from the Govenda Admin portal (admin.govenda.com).
To email board members, follow the steps below:
- Go to ‘Users’ in the left navigation menu.
- Select the members you wish to email by selecting the check boxes to the left of the user’s name.
- After selecting the appropriate user(s), hit the ‘Email Users’
button at the top of the user roster.
- A window will open allowing you to add a subject line and create text for the email.
- Hit the blue ‘Send’ button.
Govenda is not an email platform, so emails will route to the user's regular email inbox with a sender such as "Jane Smith via Govenda".
TIP: If you wish to receive a copy of this email for your records, make sure to select yourself prior to creating the email.
