You can access your two-factor authentication management in the Govenda Admin portal.

In the left navigation menu, click on Settings and then ‘Two Factor Authentication'.

Turn on Two-factor authentication for your organization by toggling to ‘Yes’ next to ‘Require Two Factor Authentication'.

Once enabled, you can select whether to require your users to enter a two-factor code every time they log into Govenda. To force them to enter a code every time, select ‘Do Not Allow Trusted Devices.’

To give your users the option to not enter a code every time, select ‘Allow Trusted Devices.’ You can also select the length of time before a user will be forced to enter a new code on the same device.
