Admins and Super Users have the ability to import a previous agenda into new agenda as a way to save time and stay consistent meeting to meeting.
Here is a link to the FAQ explaining how to do this.
As a suggestion for a way to save time, an Admin can create a “dummy” meeting with a “template” agenda that can be used for importing into all upcoming meetings. This can be done by following these steps:
- Create a New Meeting, but leave it unpublished so no board members will see this meeting.
- Assign a date for the meeting. It can be any date, perhaps a date before any of your previously scheduled meetings.
- Create an agenda for this meeting with the idea that you will import this “template” agenda into all upcoming meetings.
- Next time you create a new Agenda, import the Agenda from the “Template” meeting, make any necessary changes or edits, and upload all current documents.
