RSVP and Meeting Attendance Issues

If you're having trouble RSVPing to a meeting or with attendance functionality, find the issue below.

I can't RSVP to a meeting

• You may not be invited to this meeting or may not have access to the committee it belongs to. Contact the meeting organizer.
• RSVP is not available offline on the mobile app. Connect to the internet first.
• The meeting organizer may have closed the RSVP window.

RSVP email link doesn't work

The link in your RSVP email may have expired. Contact the meeting organizer and ask them to resend your RSVP invitation.

My RSVP was reset or removed

If the meeting organizer turned off remote attendance for the meeting, all RSVPs that were set to "remote" are automatically removed. You'll need to RSVP again and select a non-remote attendance option.
