If you're having trouble completing or submitting a survey in Govenda, find the issue below.
"This survey is not available to take offline" (mobile)
Surveys require an internet connection. Connect to WiFi or cellular data and try again. See [Using the Govenda Mobile App Offline] for details about what's available offline.
Survey requires an electronic signature
Some surveys are configured to require an electronic signature when you submit your answers. After completing all questions, you'll be redirected to a signature process. Your survey answers are saved once the signature is completed. If the signature process fails, try submitting again.
File attachment issues
- Only supported file types can be attached. If your file is rejected, try converting it to PDF or another standard format.
- You can only upload one file per question. If you need to change your file, remove the existing one first, then upload the new one.
- If you see an error that a document already exists, replace the existing file instead of trying to add a second one.
"Unauthorized" error when trying to submit
You may not be listed as a participant for this survey. Contact the meeting organizer or your administrator to confirm you're included in the participant list.
Can't complete all required questions
Make sure you've answered every required question (typically marked with an asterisk or highlighted). The submit button may remain disabled until all required fields are filled.
