The vote is closed
The voting period has ended. You can no longer submit or change your vote. Contact the meeting organizer if you believe this is an error.
Not authorized to vote
You may not be included in the voter list for this particular vote, or you may not have access to the meeting the vote is part of. Contact the meeting organizer to verify your voting access.
"Agenda votes are not available offline" (mobile)
Voting requires an internet connection. Connect to the internet and try again.
My vote seems to have changed
Govenda allows re-voting until the vote is closed. Each time you submit new answers, your previous answers are replaced. For single-choice questions, only one selection is saved — even if the interface appeared to allow multiple selections.
Can't publish a vote
If the vote is attached to a meeting agenda item, it cannot be published or managed from the Votes page. Agenda votes are opened and closed directly from the agenda item.
I don't see the vote at all
- The vote may not have been published yet — it may still be in draft status.
- You may not be a member of the committee or meeting that the vote belongs to.
- Contact the meeting organizer to confirm the vote is published and you're included.
