Where do I find my meetings?

On all Govenda components, Meetings can be found on the Dashboard as well as by selecting the Meetings tab in the left-hand navigation.

After selecting the Meetings tab, you will see three sections: Upcoming, Past and Proposed meetings.  Click on the appropriate section to find your meeting:

1. Click on the ‘Upcoming’ tab to view upcoming scheduled meetings for the groups/committees to which you belong.  Click into the meeting to view the meeting details and to RSVP for the meeting.
2. Click on the ‘Past’ tab to see all of the past meetings for the groups/committees to which you belong.  Click into the meeting to view the meeting details.
3. If there are Proposed meetings waiting for your voting response, a black circle will have a number in it. Click on the ‘Proposed’ tab to give feedback on proposed meeting dates and times.
