Documents can be accessed offline (not connected to Wi-Fi or Cellular Provider) from Govenda for iPad and Govenda for Android by downloading Board Book documents for offline use.

1. Log into Govenda for iPad or Govenda for Android while online (connected to Wi-Fi or Cellular Provider).
2. Navigate to the board book that you would like to access for offline use.
3. Once the board book opens, a message box will appear asking if you wish to ‘Save All for Offline Use’.
4. If you would like to download all documents at once choose the 'Save All' button.  This will download all the documents, making them available once you go offline.  Choose the 'No Thanks' button if you want to download documents at a later time.
5. If you want to download only certain documents, click on the document name and the download will start automatically.

How to download other documents (Documents & Resources, Financials, Past Minutes and News & Announcements) for offline use:

1. The document(s) must first be downloaded while online (connected to Wi-Fi or Cellular Provider).
2. To download the document(s), click on the document name and the download will start automatically.  Once you have clicked on it, the document will have been downloaded and can now be accessed offline.
