Auto-Logout

Govenda for Web (app.govenda.com) and the Govenda Admin App (admin.govenda.com) will auto-logout a user after one hour of inactivity. To keep your session from ending, click anywhere on the screen. You can adjust auto-logout by following these steps: 

1. Click the drop down near your email address in the upper right corner.
2. Click 'Change Auto-Signout Time'.
3. Select your desired time (1 hour 40 minutes is the maximum).
4. Click 'Save'. 

Govenda for iPad and Govenda for Android have auto-logout functionality that can be adjusted. To adjust your auto-logout timing follow these steps:

1. Select the 'Settings' tab from the left navigation menu.
2. Click Edit.
3. Look for ‘Auto Sign Out’.
4. Use the + and - buttons to adjust your desired time (1 hour 40 minutes is the maximum).
