If you have a user that deleted their Notify email or never signed on when they first received their first Notify email, you will need to resend that user another Notify email.
There are two ways resend this email. Follow these steps to have another Notify email generated:
Option 1:
- From the Admin portal (admin.govenda.com), select the ‘Users’ left navigation tile.
- Find the User and look to the ‘Invited’ column.

Click the check mark
and another Invitation email will be sent to the User allowing them to create their password for accessing Govenda.
Option 2:
- From the Admin portal (admin.govenda.com), select the ‘Users’ left navigation tile.
- Find the User and select the check mark to the left of the their name.
- This will enable the 'Invite user'
button at the top of the roster. Hit the button and another Invitation email will sent to the User allowing them to create their password for accessing Govenda.
