Learn how to enable RSVP for a meeting, manage remote attendance options, and send reminder emails to non-responders.
Enabling RSVP for a meeting
- Open the meeting details.
- Click Edit Meeting Details.
- Find the Enable RSVP setting and toggle it On.
RSVP options
Allow remote attendance: When enabled, attendees can RSVP as "attending remotely."
Important: When you turn remote attendance off, all existing remote RSVPs are automatically removed and affected users may be notified. They'll need to RSVP again with a non-remote option.
Notify meeting organizer when members RSVP: When enabled, administrators receive a notification each time someone RSVPs.
Sending RSVP emails
When you publish the meeting with RSVP enabled, RSVP invitation emails are sent to all invited attendees.
Resending reminders to non-responders
If some attendees haven't responded:
- Open the meeting details.
- In the Guests section, expand "Awaiting Response" to view who has not RSVP'd.
- Check all that you want to remind, then click the Resent RSVPs button.
Viewing RSVP status
From the meeting details page, you can see who has accepted, declined, or not yet responded to the RSVP in the Guests section.
