Learn how to upload, replace, publish, and approve meeting minutes, including choosing templates for AI-generated minutes.
Uploading minutes
- Open the meeting and go to the Minutes tab.
- Click to upload a file, or drag a file to the upload area.
- Click Add Minutes.
Replacing minutes
- Go to the Minutes tab.
- Click Replace Document
- Upload the updated version.
Publishing minutes
Publishing minutes makes them visible to meeting attendees.
- Go to the Minutes tab.
- Click Publish Minutes.
Minutes approval (eSignature)
For formal approval of minutes:
- Open the minutes tab of the meeting.
- Click Request eSignatures.
- Add signers and prepare eSignature fields.
- Click Save and Continue to send the minutes for signatures.
Downloading minutes
You can download the minutes document from the Minutes tab. If an eSignature is complete, you can download the signed version.
AI-generated minutes
If your organization has Gabii AI enabled and the meeting was recorded, you can generate minutes automatically from the recording transcript.
