You can add documents to your agenda in two ways. They’re listed below along with a basic description of how they work.
Mode 1. - Adding to an individual agenda line item
1. Click 'Edit' on the agenda line item.
2. Attach a Document or URL. Upload the document or input the URL to be added to the board book.
3. Choose 'Save'.
4. You can replace an existing document already attached to an agenda item by clicking the replace document button while in Edit mode.
Mode 2. - Adding a group of documents under Documents in the Agenda.
1. Click ‘Add/request document’ on the right-hand side of the page under Documents.
2. Choose Add document.
2. Upload the document or documents to be added to the board book. The files will be listed underneath the ‘Added documents’ button.
3. Drag and drop the documents exactly where you would like to place them into the agenda. This will allow you to either add the document to an existing agenda line item, or create a new line item in the agenda.
