There are three standard ‘User Types’ within Govenda:
- Standard User - Read board materials on web or mobile apps, usually with no access to the Admin area. Select this option if you wish to assign a user Committee Admin rights.
- Admin - Manage meetings, create board books, upload documents, add and edit board roster, users and committees.
- Super User - All of the access of the Admin with the added ability to manage the subscription.
Additionally, we have Committee Admins.
Committee Admin - This is a Standard User that has been given committee admin rights on a particular committee. This user can log into admin.govenda.com, but will have limited functionality. They can create meetings and agendas, but only for the committees that they have admin rights to. They cannot create or manage users.
