Users with Committee Admin Rights can schedule meetings, create board books, create e-signatures, upload documents for their assigned committee/group only and add to and edit their committee roster. There are two ways to assign Admin Rights to a Standard User for a Group or Committee.
From the User page:
- Create the user as a Standard User on their profile.
- From the user's profile page or the group/committee details page, you can grant committee admin access with the flip of a toggle button.
- Save the changes to the user profile.
- That's it! Your user now will be able to create meetings, agendas, and upload documents ONLY for the particular committees to which they are assigned.
Committee Admin Rights can also be assigned on the Committees Page, inside of a specific Group or Committee.
