Using Ask Gabii while viewing a document

When viewing a supported document in the PDF viewer, look for the Ask Gabii option. You can use it to ask questions about the information contained within the document.

Using Ask Gabii in search results

Ask Gabii may also appear when viewing search results. This allows you to ask questions about documents, meeting materials, or folders included in your search.

"An answer cannot be provided for your question"

Gabii may not be able to provide an answer if:

• The document does not contain information relevant to your question.
• The document was recently uploaded and is still being processed.
• Your question is too broad.

"I am sorry, but it looks like I cannot answer your question about this folder just yet"

The files in this folder are still being indexed and processed for AI search. Try again later.
