Updating Your Profile and Settings

You can manage your personal preferences, profile photo, and account settings from the Settings area in Govenda.

How to access settings

Click the gear icon or Settings option in the navigation menu.

What you can update

• Profile photo: Upload a new profile image in JPEG, PNG, or GIF format. You can crop the image before saving.
• Date and time format: Choose your preferred format for how dates and times are displayed throughout Govenda.
• Session timeout: Set how long Govenda waits before automatically signing you out due to inactivity. Options typically range from 1 minute to 100 minutes.
• Notification preferences: Control which notifications you receive and how they're delivered.
• Integration settings: Connect or manage your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace integration for calendar sync, email filing, and task sync.
