Accessing Onboarding Documents

When you join a new committee or group in Govenda, your administrator may assign onboarding documents for you to review.

How to access your onboarding documents

From your email: When onboarding documents are assigned to you, you'll receive an email with direct links to each document. Click the links to open them directly in Govenda.

From within Govenda: Navigate to your committee or group and look for the Onboarding section. Your assigned documents will be listed there.

I can't find my onboarding documents

• Check your email (including spam/junk) for the onboarding invitation — the links go directly to the documents.
• Navigate to your committee in Govenda and look for the Onboarding section.
• Ask your administrator to resend the onboarding invitation.

Is there a deadline?

Your administrator may have set a deadline for reviewing your onboarding documents. Check your invitation email for the specific date. If you're unsure, contact your administrator.
