Learn how to record who attended a meeting, using RSVP data or entering attendance manually.
Recording Attendance (RSVP Off)
- Open the meeting details.
- Find the Guests area.
- Click Take Attendance.
- Select individuals to make changes to their attendance.
- Click Change Attendance to change the selected individuals attendance status.
- Click the Add User button to add additional attendees.
Recording attendance (RSVP On)
- Open the meeting details.
- Find the Guests area.
- Click Take Attendance.
- You can choose to pre-populate attendance based on RSVPs.
- Make further adjustments by selecting individuals and clicking Change Attendance.
- Click the Add User button to add additional attendees.
Exporting attendance
You can export attendance data for the meeting. Look for the Export button in the Guests section to generate a downloadable file with the attendance records.
Attendance reports
For attendance trends across multiple meetings, go to Reports > Attendance (requires admin access).
