Creating a Survey

To begin a Survey, simply click on the ‘Create Survey’ button and you’ll get a window prompting you to choose from the following:

• Start from Scratch- Create your Survey by adding all original questions.
• Start from Previous- Get a good start on a new Survey by pulling in a previously used Survey from your company. The new survey will include the users, questions, and definitions from the previous survey, all of which will be editable. All answers from the previous survey will also be imported into the new survey and they will be marked as Prefilled. If the information has not changed, the member can simply leave that answer as is for survey submission.
• Start from Template- Need some help? We’ve created several great Survey templates that you can choose from that provide you with questions and answers already built out for you based off of the survey name listed. Simply edit as you see fit and choose your members.
