How do I Manage Responses for a survey?

Click on the ‘Manage Responses’ button at the top to prefill, edit, or clear participant answers. Just click on a participant’s name to view their set of questions and answers. To edit, click on a question and choose an answer or click to clear an answer that has already been selected. Then, save your changes. Participant Status The status of a participant will change as they start to complete the survey. It may be one of the following below:

•  Incomplete- Member has not started the survey yet
• Prefilled- Admin has prefilled the entire survey or it has been prefilled by importing from a prior survey
• Partially Prefilled- Admin has prefilled some survey answers
• In Progress- Member has started the survey
• Submitted- Member has completed the survey and submitted

* Once users start to submit their answers, you will not be able to make any edits to the survey.
