To RSVP for a meeting, Board Members can follow any of the following steps:
From Email:
- Board Members may receive an email requesting their RSVP (depending on the administrator’s choice). In the email will be a link that they can click to access Govenda.
- After logging in, the user will be taken to the meeting detail page where they will be able to select their appropriate RSVP.
From Govenda for Web, iPad or Android:
- The user can log in at app.govenda.com and go to the ‘Meetings’ section, find the desired meeting they want to RSVP to and click RSVP.
- A popup will open on the meeting details, where the user can RSVP within the ‘Can You Attend?’ section, submitting their response by clicking ‘Save’.
