You can Archive groups/committees that are no longer used by your organization. Archiving prevents the group from showing up as a drop down selection moving forward in the member and Admin portals.
If you wish to remove meetings from the member portal related to the group, you can un-publish the meetings, which removes the meeting from the member portal, while maintaining the meeting for historical purposes in the Admin portal.
To archive a group, choose Committees in the left navigation tiles of Admin. Check the box in front of the group name, then choose the Archive button . Alternatively, you can locate the committee name in the list, click on the Action button, then Archive the committee.
