Rejecting A Submission

Once a survey has been submitted, you can no longer change individual answers for a member. If something is incorrect or needs to be changed, you must reject the survey. To reject a submitted survey, click on the ‘Reject’ button found at the top of the user’s survey. A window will appear for you to write an email message to the member regarding the rejected survey.
