The most common issue for Admins is board members forgetting their login credentials. As the Admin, you have the ability to send your user an email that will allow him/her to reset his/her password.
Follow the steps below to send a reset password email:
- Go to the ‘Users’ section in the left navigation menu.
- Find the appropriate user in the member roster and click on their name.
- Click the 'Actions' button
that appears at the top right of the user profile screen.
- After selecting the ‘Reset Password’ button, a confirmation window will appear confirming the choice.
- A confirmation window will show that the password reset was sent successfully.
