How to Use Tenure Tracking

Learn how to monitor board member term dates and plan for succession. This guide is for administrators.

Accessing tenure tracking

1. Go to Reports in the navigation menu.
2. Click Tenure Tracking.

What you can do

• View term start and end dates for board members and committee roles
• Track upcoming term expirations
• Plan for board member succession and renewal

Setting term dates

Term dates are typically set when configuring committee membership roles. Look for term date fields when adding or editing members in your committees.

Exporting a Report

Select one or more users, then click Export XLS to export a report.
