For any member of a committee, admins may add one or more roles for that user. For each role, a start and/or end date may be defined. Setting these dates will be tracking the total amount of time that this user has been in this role. Adding an end date will show this user on the Tenure Tracking report.
To view the report, from the admin dashboard select reports, then Tenure tracking. From here you can search by committee, roles, or user name. You can export a pdf by selecting which users you would like in the report, and then the export xls in the top right-hand corner.
