How to Run Activity Reports

Learn how to view user engagement and activity data for your organization. This guide is for administrators.

Accessing activity reports

1. Go to Reports in the navigation menu.
2. Click Activity.

What the report shows

Activity reports display user engagement metrics such as sign-in activity, document views, meeting participation, and other interactions with the platform.

Exporting

You can export activity report data for offline analysis or board reporting.
