You can create Groups to organize your tasks into projects. Click the New Group button. You can then create individual tasks assigned to users and add them to the Group. For Groups of tasks, a status bar is shown allowing you to see quickly how many tasks have been completed. Click the arrow icon to view individual tasks created for the group; click again to collapse. To edit or delete a group, simply click Edit at the end of the group name line.
Editing Individual Tasks
Click on the Edit button to edit a specific task. You can edit any of the task attributes. At the top, you’ll notice a progress bar that will tell you if the task is incomplete or completed. If the task is completed, the date it was marked as completed will be shown. To change the task status, simply click on the button to the right of the user’s name.
