Joining Meetings

• Gabii will wait for 15 minutes after the scheduled join time to be admitted to start recording.
• Host does not arrive
• Host does not admit Gabii
• Gabii joins a meeting (not password protected), but no other attendees are present.
• Gabii will abandon a meeting if nobody is present for 2 minutes.
• Only one Gabii will join a single meeting. Multiple Gabii invites at conflicting times will result in a single recording.
• Gabii must have the meeting password to join.
• The Host of the meeting must approve recording.
