Once a meeting invite has been sent out, there may be a need to email invitees. Whether it is to send a friendly reminder to RSVP or to give the group information, Govenda makes it easy to email invited users.
To email meeting invitees, follow the steps below:
- Go to ‘Meetings’ on the left navigation menu.
- Find the meeting you would like to email users about and click the meeting name.
- On the top right will be user response information. Select the group/users you want to email. Click the ‘Email Invitees’ button
and choose the group/users you’d like to email:

4. Fill in the desired ‘Subject’ and ‘Message’ and click the ‘Send’ button.
