Once a folder is created, there may be a need to change or edit the folder in some way. To edit a folder, follow the steps below:
- Click the Actions button to the far right of the folder and select 'Edit'.
- Edit the folder name or permissions.
- Click the 'Save Changes' button.
Setting Permissions on a Folder Folders are able to have permissions so that only a specific group is able to view the folder and any associated documents. To set permissions on a folder, follow the steps below:
- Edit the folder (instructions for editing can be found in the section above).
- Select 'Limit to these groups'.
- Find the group(s) you would like to limit the folder to in the drop-down box.
- Click 'Save Changes' button.
