Messaging Notification

Administrators now have the ability to enable instant notifications for private messaging, private discussions, and open discussions within meetings and agenda line items. This feature enhances communication within Govenda by informing users when messages have been successfully sent. 

Notifications will be sent via email and push notifications on mobile apps, if push notifications are enabled by the user.

Admins also have the option to disable notifications for Open Discussions company-wide. To customize your notification preference for your organization go to Settings > Member-App Settings

In addition, you have the ability to control instant notifications for open discussions within agenda items and meetings, and choose whether or not to allow attachments.
