Learn how to manage your organization's global settings in Govenda. This guide is for Administrators and Super Users.
Accessing organization settings
- Go to Settings in the navigation menu.
- Click Organization Settings.
What you can configure
- Company name — the name displayed throughout Govenda
- Branding and logo — your organization's logo used in the portal and emails
- Company details - Phone, website, billing address, time-zone, and default date format
- About Company - This information will show on the member dashboard
- Default settings — company-wide defaults that apply to all users unless overridden at the user level
Saving changes
After making changes, click Save Changes to apply them. Some changes take effect immediately while others may require users to sign out and back in.
